Overview

OfficeStar has always put great importance to the development of enterprises as well as human values, environmental, client and social contribution.

Since we founded "OPENSTAR" project in 2015, it has been our commitment to develop a long and trusted charity platform, through organizing various charitable activities to open the vast power of OfficeStar and together give the social vulnerable groups more warmth and at the same time fulfilling the corporate social responsibility. The first OfficeStar charity project in April 2015 was in cooperation with the Suzhou School of the Blind and Deaf and carried out the "OPENSTAR" photography class project wherein funds was used to buy computer, digital cameras and other equipment. At the same time, we invited professional lecturers with teaching the deaf ability, and introduced the system of visual art and computer design training for deaf students, training students' employment skills to provide them with the opportunity to face setbacks, self-reliant, and get more self-confidence. Afterwards, we will provide them with appropriate training and employment opportunities to help them achieve a higher value of life. This is the first project of "OPENSTAR" and in the future we will continue to lend a helping hand to vulnerable groups of different ages and different fields to do their best to contribute strength to the development of disadvantaged groups in Suzhou and help them have a brighter future!

OPENSTAR Photography Class

In January 2015, OfficeStar and OPEN magazine co-sponsored the" OPENSTAR"charity auction activity, and donated RMB 72,100 to the Suzhou School for the Blind and Deaf and set up the photography classroom project.

In March 2015, "OPENSTAR" photography classroom project officially opened, and we invited Suzhou's senior photographers to coach and cultivate deaf student's photography and post-editing design ability and provided system of visual art design training to the deaf students.

In 2016, the photography classroom organized students to go to Taihu Lake Village, Dongshan Lu Lane Village and Tianping Mountain and other places to carry out folk activities, and also organized their participation in the "Wenbo Cup" online photography contest.

The development of the photography classroom not only involves the curriculum of students' art courses, but also benefits the new areas of future employment of disabled students. In the later period of the course, this project will also provide students with internships and employment opportunities.

"OPENSTAR" photography classroom not only opened a new door for the deaf and mute students, they used the lens to capture nature and made their campus life better; at the same time through professional knowledge and skills to make their future road more broader! Let us work together to help more special children achieve their dreams!

2015.01.24	——	"OPENSTAR" charity dinner was sponsored by OfficeStar and OPEN magazine to celebrate the 31 auctioned items that raised ￥72100.
2015.04.08	——	"OPENSTAR" opened the photography classes in Suzhou School for the Blind and Deaf .
2015.12.11	——	OfficeStar held a corporate social responsibility sharing forum and the "OPENSTAR" project opened the photography exhibition from the Suzhou School for the Blind and Deaf to raise money.
2015.12.18	——	OfficeStar together with my artworks organized the "One Night at Florian" charity dinner fundraising.
2016.01.20	——	Visited the Suzhou School for the Blind and Deaf and held a corporate social responsibility sharing forum and 2 charitable activities: the first phase of the "OPENSTAR" student photography exhibit and "One Night at Florian" charity dinner with donations totaling ￥71,255.
2016.04.20	——	OfficeStar participated and supported "for the love of hiking activities" to raise money for children with autism.
2016.11.12	——	The Sun Star team launched by OfficeStar participated in the "Love Walking by Foot on Large Scale" charity event to help children with autism help raise money .
2016.12.15	——	"OPENSTAR" successfully opened the second phase of the student photography exhibition at the Suzhou School for the Blind and Deaf. As the organizer of this event, OfficeStar invited people from all walks of life to attend the activities, see their photographic works, listen to the deaf student's learning report and new year study programs.
2017.12.1	——	The Third "Open Stars" photography class exhibition of deaf students' works was opened in Suzhou Art Museum. Community of caring people gathered together to enjoy the three years of deaf students in photography class fruitful results.
2019.1.5	——	Taihu Lake Project Center of Alashan SEE was officially established, and Ms. Tang Hui, managing director of OfficeStar stars business, became the founding member of the project center. We are determined to contribute to the environmental protection of Taihu Lake basin and protect our clear water and blue sky.
2019.6.29	——	Taihu Lake Project Center of Alashan SEE held the first project review meeting of Chuang Lv Jia and the center. OfficeStar star business provides a complete meeting room and exquisite tea break for the judging, which helps the judging to be held successfully.
From 2015 to 2019	——	OfficeStar partners with Amcham to hold a donation event for used electronic products. Raised total more than 1600 pieces of electronic equipment, they will be used to support "green computer classroom NETSPRING" project, the collected out the old computers and other electronic equipment idle, carried out by qualified unit specialized sorting, renewable will conduct norms to regenerate and strict testing, is used to help poor areas of rural school construction computer classroom or other vulnerable groups; Those that cannot be recycled will be sent to the professional environmental protection disposal factory for recycling and environmental protection disposal.
